How to work with Video in photoshop
- Open Photoshop
- Window > workspace > video & film > yes to apply menu
- File > import > video frames to layers...
- Load > select your file (.mov file) load
- Import video to layers > click selected range only > click make frame animation
- Shift > slider to select frames (only select about 100 at a time) > OK
- Now you have animation frames at the bottom also seen as layers at the side
- You can manipulate a frame (layer) at a time but you must have both frame and selected
- Try the onion skin
- Export > render video > quicktime
